I, Sushumna , resident of Vadamalapeta,chithoor, Andhra pradesh wish to file an online complaint regarding a financial fraud committed against me through the fake “Amazon Mall Task / Amazon Task Job” scheme.
On 10-12-2025, I was contacted through (WhatsApp/Telegram No.: +1 (249) 799-3987 by unknown persons offering part-time income by completing Amazon shopping tasks. I was directed to deposit money for completing “tasks,” with the promise of commissions and refunds. Initially, small profits were shown, after which higher payments were demanded to “unlock” the next task.
I deposited a total amount of ₹10,000, through (UPI/Bank Transfer/Wallet) to the following UPI IDs / beneficiary account.
After receiving the money, they blocked my access, stopped responding, and refused to refund my balance. I now realise this was a scam operated by an online fraud group misusing the name of Amazon to cheat innocent consumers.
This incident has caused me financial loss, mental stress, and misuse of my personal data. I request immediate action to trace the fraudsters and freeze the beneficiary accounts.

Website / link used by the scammer
Contact numbers and profiles
I request the concerned authority to kindly register my complaint and take strict legal action under IPC Sections 419/420 and IT Act provisions.
