I bought a bus ticket from Hubli to Goa on 12 Jan 2020, no bus no. Was shared to me when I asked the contact person in the ticket he didn’t replied and stopped pick up the phone the bus departure time was 11:55 pm till then no bus came and I raised a complaint against the bus travels also(PSR Tours and travels) after that at 12:00 am I booked a private bus and went back Goa, now today I took follow up they are saying that they will not pay as the bus was 1 hour late though they didn’t inform me but the bus was running. Kindly help me over this matter and I am having all the call recordings that implies that I took regular follow up with paytm and which ever no. They provided all were not working. And the person whose no. Was provided in the bus ticket was also not picking up the phone.
