I am a bonafide citizen and consumer of Delhi, India. I own a business by the name of GauriiandGaithh. I purchased a ZMM integration tool (used for creating online store) from Zepo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (startup based in Mumbai and Bengaluru) in the month of September-October, 2019 for an amount of Rs. 50,000/- through Zepo.in. After a few days only, the product/service was not showing the performance as promised at the time of purchase. I addressed my issue to the seller by writing mails and contacting them through phone but I never received a positive reply from them. I even tried to contact the seller on their social media accounts and even tried to get in touch with Mr. Nitin Purswani (founder of Zepo). In the end, I asked for a 100% refund of the money but they have not been replying ever since. Now, I would like to raise a consumer complaint against the Zepo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for the ill-treatment and harassment I have been suffering.
