I would like to bring to your notice an issue regarding deficiency in service by an online gaming platform.
On [4 February 2026– 2 days ago], an amount of ₹840 was successfully debited from my bank account for adding balance to my game wallet. However, the said amount has not been credited to my game balance till date.
I contacted the customer care support of the company multiple times through their chat support. Each time, I was informed that the transaction is “processing,” but they have failed to provide any clear timeline or deadline for resolution. Despite waiting patiently for the past 2 days, there has been no refund or wallet credit.
This lack of transparency and delay has caused me mental stress and inconvenience. The amount has already been deducted from my bank account, and the service for which payment was made has not been delivered.
Details of the transaction are as follows:

I request the Hon’ble Consumer Court to kindly look into this matter and direct the concerned company to either:
Credit the deducted amount to my game balance immediately, or
Refund the full amount of ₹840 to my bank account
