This complaint is regarding my refund for my booking Id FF21070115988606 from Flipkart travel and as mentioned my ticket PNR -PQZ58X from Patna to Bangalore which was booked on 1st July 2021 and date of travel was 09th July 2021.
The Ticket was cancelled on 7th July and Indigo airlines refunded the full amount of Rs. 20406 to Flipkart Travel as flight got cancelled and the amount which flipkart refunded to me is Rs.6747 which is not correct as the airline refunded the full amount.
Travel insurance for all 3 passengers with certificate no – (21133909581 , 21133909582 , 21133909583 ) was also added to my PNR -PQZ58X from Liberty Insurance but they also rejected the claim as there is no penalty changed by Indigo Airline and below is the screenshot attached.
I have raised this concern on 8th July 2021 through the same mail and I got assurance that ticket will be resolved by 11th July 2021 by 4:30 PM but later I got call from one of your representative telling that we are working on it and expected time to resolve this is issue is 12th July 2021 by 4:30 PM and today again I got call from your representative that we are still working on it and it will be resolved in next 48 hours.
As this is one of the frauds done from Flipkart travel and even after multiple follow up these is no resolution to the ticket and now I am requesting you to please look into this issue and take action on Flipkart Travel

I’m not happy at all with flipkart..
Not good service..
I spoke to airline my money has been refund to flipkart already.. But flipkart didn’t refund my money 2 years now..
Please help me out..
