I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding my recent order, which I placed through Instagram with the seller “Faction Hut” for two cargo pants, totaling 899 Indian Rupees. My order number is [Order Number], and I received it on [Date of Receipt].

To my dismay, when I received the package through Delhivery, I discovered that the cargo pants I had ordered were in a used and unacceptable condition. The items were clearly not in the new and pristine state that I expected when making the purchase.

I immediately inspected the cargo pants and found the following issues:

1. The pants had visible signs of wear and tear, including stains, loose threads, and fabric damage.
2. The sizing of the pants did not match the specifications provided on the seller’s Instagram page.
3. The quality of the material was significantly lower than what was advertised.

I believe that as a customer, I have the right to receive products that are in the promised condition and meet the advertised standards. However, this was not the case with my recent purchase from Faction Hut.

Upon attempting to initiate a return through the provided options, I was unable to find a suitable return process or contact information for the seller. I urge you to assist me in resolving this issue promptly. I kindly request the following actions:

1. Initiate a formal investigation into my complaint and the quality of the products received.
2. Establish contact with Faction Hut or any relevant parties to facilitate the return and refund process.
3. Arrange for the pickup of the used cargo pants at the earliest convenience.

I would like to emphasize that I am seeking a full refund of the 899 Indian Rupees that I paid for the cargo pants, as the products I received do not meet the expected quality and condition. I expect a timely response to this complaint and a resolution to this matter within a reasonable timeframe.
