Hello, I want to raise a complaint regarding my recent order from Behrouz Biryani. The item I ordered was clearly mentioned to come in a metal handi, which was the main reason I chose it—since I was planning to travel right after receiving the food.
However, to my surprise and disappointment, the biryani was delivered in a paper box instead. This is unacceptable, especially when specific packaging was promised. A paper box is not suitable for travel, especially in crowded trains—it can easily get damaged and ruin the food.
This kind of misleading information affects customer trust. I request a resolution—either a special discount on my next order or a replacement biryani with the correct metal handi packaging.
Please look into this and get back to me with a solution.
