To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a recent hotel booking experience with Fab Hotel. I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention through the appropriate complaint portal, in the hope that it will lead to improvements in your services and prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.

On 28.08.2023, I made a reservation with Fab Hotel for a stay from 28.08.2023 to 29.08.2023 at Fab Express Yash Comfort INN Door No 1, Thiruvallur Salai, Kumaran Nagar, Sholinganallur, Chennai Tamil Nadu 600119.. The reservation ID for this booking is VTCHVG. However, upon arrival at the hotel, I was extremely disappointed to discover that the room I was provided was vastly different from the images and description that were presented during the booking process.

I have attached to this complaint the images that were displayed on website alongside photographs of the actual room I encountered. The discrepancy between the images and the reality is astonishing.

I believe in the importance of honest and transparent transactions, and I trust that you will take this complaint seriously and work towards resolving this matter satisfactorily.
