I was order a product through meesho on 19th Dec 23 & It was order done showing on 20th Dec in companies records. Order Id is 835288029217 on 24th Dec by 2:30 pm received message from company your product is arriving for delivery. As on 24th Dec it was sunday and delivery address is of my office I request that deliver tomorrow because in message no contact number was mention of delivery boy. on 25th Dec my complaint to Meesho & complaint number is 8703507160829 & calling to meesho customer support team everyday they are saying that wait for 4 to 5 days. On 27th Dec Product is return to supplier in meesho company’s records showing.They are saying that again reorder the product. Why should I reorder the product ?? What action taken on my complaint ?? It was 2nd time I was order through Meesho both the time I experience same issue of not delivery of product without my interterference with customer support team everyday & time wasting myself. 1st order was dine in May 23 at that time same issue regarding product was misplace in the company warehouse & I was receiving only false message in morning from company side everyday that your product is arriving & at the evening false message that sorry we unable to deliver your product.
