To the Honorable Consumer Court,

I am writing to file a formal complaint against PC Financial Services (operating as CashBean), which has ceased its operations, regarding unresolved issues related to my loan account closure. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly with the company, I have been unable to obtain confirmation of my account closure and the No Dues Certificate (NDC). Below is a summary of the issue:

Loan Details:

Loan Account Number: PCFIN 190523020011496819
Outstanding Amount Paid: INR 2500
Sequence of Events:

On December 31, 2024, I requested assistance to close my loan account and was provided with repayment details by the company’s customer service team.
I was instructed to make the payment to a specified HDFC Bank account (Account No.: 50200060055551, IFSC Code: HDFC0000572).
The payment was made as per their instructions, and I promptly shared proof of payment with the company for confirmation.
Despite multiple follow-ups via email on December 31, 2024, and January 1, 2025, I have not received the promised NDC or confirmation of loan closure.
Concerns:

The company has failed to provide confirmation of the account closure or the NDC, which is crucial for updating my credit report.
As PC Financial Services is reportedly a closed company, I am unable to escalate the matter directly with them, leaving me in a vulnerable position.
Request for Assistance:
I kindly request the Consumer Court to assist me in:

Obtaining confirmation of loan closure and the No Dues Certificate from PC Financial Services.
Taking appropriate action against the company for its negligence and lack of communication, which has caused undue stress and potential harm to my credit profile.
I have attached all relevant communications and proof of payment for your reference. I seek your guidance on further actions to resolve this matter promptly.
