Hi,

I am writing this email to you to complaint about the no support from the customer care of Airtel. I am using the Airtel postpaid number 8860669009 since a long time.
Firstly I would like to say that network of Airtel is very poor in our area. I have to face call drop, slow internet and no network issue. I had compalint about this issue many times, you may check in your records.

Apart from above this plan seems very costly to me as I have to pay every month for data and calling, but as I told you that I am not able to use any, specially the internet. We are working on our wi-fi. So why I have to pay for what I am unable to use. Earlier I was getting a discount of 100 rupees. I was told by the customer care officer that 50 rs. discount is for lifetime and another 50 rs. I can claim by calling airtel every 6 month. Which now is not being given to me? This is not fair. You should adhere to what you tell.

Thirdly when I had requested your customer care officer to waive off my late payment fee then he denied to me stating the company policy. So now my question is to that if there is any company policy of getting the refund of something when you(Airtel) are not able to fulfil your promise of giving the internet facility? That means that it is completely ok if you are giving the data and calling facility and we are not able to use it properly because of your network issue but if we are not able to pay on time then we have to bear the penalty. Just wow!!

Is this the way companies like you are making profits? Is this your company policy that completely in your favor? Why their is no clause for penalty to the company when we are paying full and getting half?

I am surely going to escalate the issue further. It’s a complete unfair policy. I am looking forward if you are able to give me some reasonable and positive response.
