I am writing to formally file a complaint against FACTION HUT for a grievous matter concerning a recent purchase I made through their online platform. On MONDAY 4 SEP 2023, I ordered six pairs of boxer shorts from [Company Name] for a total cost of ₹999. Regrettably, my order was severely mishandled, leading to a distressing experience.

To my astonishment, on [09/12/2023], I received a single pair of jeans, a product completely unrelated to my initial order. Furthermore, the quality of the jeans I received was appalling. The material was substandard, exhibiting clear signs of poor workmanship such as loose seams and fading colors. This was in stark contrast to the quality I expected when I made the purchase.

I promptly attempted to establish contact with FACTION HUT to rectify this issue, but my efforts have been in vain. This lack of responsiveness has only exacerbated my distress.

The ordeal I have been subjected to has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss, eroding my trust in FACTION HUT as a reputable business. I believe that as a consumer, I have the right to receive the products I paid for in satisfactory condition and within the specified time frame.
