I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding an issue I have encountered with an online purchase. On 3/6/2024, I ordered a shoe rack from Shoppers.co.in via Instagram. The order number for this purchase is 6085709627701 . However, upon receiving the delivery on 13/6/2024, I was dismayed to find that the product delivered was entirely different from the one I had ordered.
I have attempted to resolve this issue directly with Shopppers.co.in by contacting their customer service on, but unfortunately, my efforts have not yielded a satisfactory resolution. Despite my requests for a replacement with the correct product or a full refund, I have received no positive response.
