I have changed the plan recently from CUG 199 plan to infinity 249 plan through my Airtel app and please find below the confirmation mail from your Airtel end, and also in the below mail it is mentioned that I’m currently in 249 plan, but I have charged for 399 plan in my lastest bill, when I called your customer service to enquire about it, the person from your end has mentioned 249 plan doesn’t exist in Airtel and he said I am blabbering about it and he also mentioned that if I am saying the truth then, I can prove myself through mail, please find the below mail which I have received from your end for plan change confirmation and in the below mail it is clearly mentioned than my plan is changed to 249 and 150 – rentel discount is available, and also I have attached the screenshot of my plan displayed in my Airtel app and my recent bill copy.
I have been using Airtel for so long, and I have never faced such a poor response from your end, now I have proved my innocence and it is very clear that you have charged wrongly, I have no idea what to say, I am surprised to see such a huge organisation doesn’t teach politeness to your employee and how to treat a customer.
