I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding the referral fee charges for the category “Toys – Other Products.”
Upon careful review of recent transactions, I have observed that Amazon is charging an exorbitant referral fee of 22.5% instead of the appropriate and agreed-upon rate of 9.5%. This substantial discrepancy is both unexpected and unacceptable.
I am certain that this is an error or oversight, as such a significant increase in the referral fee goes against the terms and conditions that govern our partnership. This situation has raised serious concerns and is impacting the financial aspects of my business.
I kindly request your immediate attention to rectify this matter. I am confident that Amazon, as a reputable and customer-centric platform, will promptly investigate and resolve this issue to ensure fair and accurate billing for all sellers within the Toys – Other Products category.
