Hi, good morning,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the harassment I have been facing from multiple loan companies/NBFCs. A few months ago, due to a financial emergency, I availed loans from certain lending platforms. Over time, due to financial constraints, I faced difficulty in repayment, and while I have settled some of these loans, a few lenders are continuously harassing me over delayed payments.
The companies involved include FastPaise, snappaisa, Fundatclick, credxpres, rupeyloans, XpressLoans, Fundobaba, Blinkr, borrowera, fastsalary, easyfincare,salarychampion, fundatclick, loanfinserve, instarupee, dpal and Ayaan Finserve.

I would like to highlight the following serious concerns:
I am receiving continuous threatening calls and messages. The lenders are threatening to contact my HR department and disclose my personal financial information. They are also threatening to access and contact my personal contacts. Alarmingly, one of the companies has already sent emails to my workplace colleagues attaching my documents, which is a severe violation of my privacy and data protection rights.

This behavior is extremely distressing and amounts to harassment, intimidation, and misuse of my personal data.

I request your assistance in:

Taking strict action against such unethical recovery practices
Preventing these companies from contacting my employer or personal contacts
Providing me reasonable time or a structured way to settle the outstanding dues without harassment

I am willing to repay my dues, but I seek protection from these unlawful and unethical practices.

I would be grateful for your immediate intervention in this matter.
