Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding misleading information and fraudulent service related to my recent JioFiber connection request. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with your representatives, I have received no response or resolution.

On [Insert Date of Interaction], I contacted JioFiber to request a broadband connection. However, your agents, Mr. Pavan (+91 8310149557) and Mr. Venkatesh (+91 8088639014), provided incorrect information, leading to the booking of JioAirFiber instead of JioFiber. I have made several follow-ups with your team, but I have not received any assistance or clarification regarding this issue.

This experience has caused significant inconvenience, and I consider this a case of misrepresentation and unfair trade practice. Therefore, I request the following:

Immediate Installation of JioFiber: As originally requested, without any additional charges.
Full Refund: If JioFiber installation is not feasible, I expect a complete refund of the amount paid.
