Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention a recent fraudulent transaction I was unfortunately involved in, and I kindly request your assistance in recovering the amount lost.
On 3-AUG-2025, I searched on Google for the official High-Security Registration Plate (HSRP) booking portal as mandated by the Telangana Government. Among the top search results, I found the website https://bookhighsrp.com, which appeared legitimate and closely resembled the actual government portal.
Believing it to be genuine, I entered my vehicle details and proceeded with the booking process. At the final stage, the site generated a QR code for payment, which I scanned and paid the required amount. However, after the payment was successfully completed, I did not receive any confirmation or further communication. Upon further verification, I discovered that this was a fraudulent and cloned website, not affiliated with the Telangana Government or the authorized HSRP vendor.

This appears to be part of a larger scam that is targeting citizens searching for the HSRP booking portal, and I am not the only victim. I request your support in initiating a chargeback or dispute for this transaction and blocking any further transactions to this fraudulent recipient.
Please consider this a formal request to investigate the matter and help initiate a refund or reversal at the earliest. Your prompt assistance will be greatly appreciated.
