Dear flipkart,
I am your flipkart prime plus member. In your past big billion day sale i order a product (realme GT master edition 128gb) on 3 October 2021. This product was supposed to be delivered on 9 October 2021 but due to some errors the delivery was postponed for 3 days.But on 12 October delivery again postponed to 16 October and then again to 18 October And at last again postponed to 22 October.In these days i contact to your customer service more than 20+ times for my product and trying to contact their senior but they don’t connect the call. On 18 October finally i talk to senior ( call recording pasted). They give guarantee to me to deliver the product till 22 October and if they can’t they will provide compensation of all my loss ( i.e. ₹6000 as discount price ). But on today my product is cancelled by seller and they all just saying they will provide ₹2000 gift card as compansation only after if i order product within 10 days.
I am totally fed up with this worst customer service, fake promise and misguiding.
I have to wait for 18 days just to hear sorry we can’t deliver your product so we cancel that product.
I am totally in loss of ₹6000 and a long time waiting service.
All i want is a justice from your side.
Kindly provide me the compensation as promised by your senior as a refund of your baddest service.
