Dry fruits was ordered (ID #8647) & (ID #8652)through online and payment was also been paid on protected gateway PayU Money on 9th March 2020. I used to call there number and send emails to Artradco.in and PayU Money Also. But Phone is off and no reply over email too. even after cancellation, refund hasn’t taken place. PayU Money does not justified the same as reliable seller or confirmation or payment and they did not gave the information of Artardco’s liable person though they have all information. I raised a query before PayU Money within 18 hours and Intimated them to not transfer amount to seller account in-spite that no response from PayU Money.PayU Money is also liable for this fraud and cheating.I had also raised a complaint before National Consumer Foram but till yet not resolved. Its more then 15 Days and there was no answer from them. I wish that my consumer complaint will be addressed and get resolved soon.
