Text of Complaint by Arshathkhan:

I placed an order for Realme C35 on 19th May 2022 at 8:19 pm and canceled the order at 8:22 pm on the same day. I placed an order using Flipkart pay later for the amount of Rs:7878/-. Even after 10 days of canceling the order Flipkart pay later shows the due amount from 1st June 2022. I have raised the complaint regarding this to Flipkart customer care many times by calling them but even after 11th June 2022 issue was not resolved from their end after promising the TAT timing of 24hr to 48 hrs every time when we call. On 11th June 2022 penalty of around Rs:600/- is added to the pay later account after many complaints were raised from my end resolution was not given from the Flipkart side. every time poor response, rude behavior from the executives but not solved the issue
