Few days back 20 Aug 2023, I ordered Order ID OD428936704806232100 (Mi A series 80 cm (32 inch) HD Ready LED Smart Google TV 2023) on flipkart using flipkart pay later EMI option and then cancel the ordered (Mi A series 80 cm Tv) within few minutes on same day 20.08.2023. The reason for cancelling the order is that I would like to change my delivery address. I have poor experience placing orders using flipkart paylater emi option, which is more cruel. let me explain

Sunday (20.08.2023) I ordered Mi A series google tv on flipkart using pay later emi option and I canceled the order on same day and flipkart approved my cancellation request will be on same day
There is no problem in cancelling this item, I am saying that the problem is before this order then flipkart pay later emi credit limit is 30,000 then limit , After i placed order 13,499 (this is product price) is debited for my emi credit limit that’s not a problem but even after i cancel product my credit limit doesn’t go up. I was shocked to see that the bill was generated for the first month EMI of Rs.4681 on 01.09.2023. Is this not fair or unfair ?
I was waiting for the working days to refund the debited EMI credit limit amount to my account. But after a week it still hasn’t been credited. When I contacted customer care they said it will come within seven working days but that didn’t happen. If the credit limit comes again I thought I can order TV again at the correct address But the urge to buy is gone. 01.09.2023 Worst thing happened, bill generated for canceled item .When I spoke to care contact they told me to visit IDFC FIRST BANK branch and they said that only bank can cancel your emi bill, when I contacted bank they said only Flipkart customer care can resolve this. my utter disappointment and frustration at the level of service I received from Flipkart’s customer care department and feel compelled to bring the matter to your attention. I request you to take immediate action to remedy this situation. I expect Flipkart, as a reputable online retailer, to provide efficient and effective customer service. This incident has ruined my confidence in your company and I am seriously reconsidering whether I will continue to do business with Flipkart in the future.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter urgently and take the necessary steps to rectify the issue within 05.09.2023. And I banked some other products last month using pay later emi option this bill also generated I can’t pay for this, its says to pay Mi tv emi Rs.4681 puls in full, If its delay to rectify my issue within 05.09.2023 I am in danger flipkart pay later emi Interest charging situation will arise to another banked product also
I expect my Flipkart Pay Later EMI credit limit to be restored to its original amount of INR 30,000 and the erroneous bills generated (Rs.4681) for the canceled order should be canceled immediately. Also, I appreciate getting a clear explanation of what caused this problem in the first place and what steps have been taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.
