I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent order I received. I had placed an order for a shoe rack as per the product image and description on Shoppers zone website (https://shoppperszone.co.in/) . However, the product delivered is entirely different and of inferior quality, resembling a fake item, many customers faced same issue, I request concerned authority kindly take action against Shoppers Zone India
