I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with Faisal Movers Bus Service. On [19/ 11 / 2023], I booked a bus ticket for [**Kot Addu**] departing at [9:30 pm]. Unfortunately, the service did not adhere to the scheduled time, causing significant inconvenience.
Moreover, I was disheartened by the unprofessional behavior exhibited by the staff. Their attitude was disrespectful, and it negatively impacted the overall journey experience. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service, and unfortunately, my expectations were not met during this trip.
I urge Faisal Movers to take immediate action to address these issues, as punctuality and courteous staff are essential components of a reliable transportation service. I hope that steps will be taken to ensure that future passengers do not encounter similar problems.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with Faisal Movers Bus Service. On 24.04.2024 I booked a bus ticket from sargodha to Lahore departure time at 07.00 am. Unfortunately, the service did not adhere to the scheduled time, causing significant inconvenience and left the terminal at 7.17 am. This issue is inform to driver and helper and the attitude of staff was rude and disrespectful and said ( aap ksi aur adda sa chaly jay ham na marzi sa jana hai).
Plz take immediate action against the persons held responsibles.
