Dear sir/Madam,
We would like to inform you that we are using vodaphone company having no. 9051322771 month of July for more then 5 years. We were surprised to have received the current month bill for this mobile number with such an excessive billing amount.
Our monthly telephone bill amount generally ranges between Rs. 411/- to Rs. 412/-. As you can see the bill amount as mentioned above is almost three times of my regular bill amount.
We have gone through the bill copy in detail and we notice that we have been excessively charged for VAS (Value Added Services) calls (56000 DT 28/07/2022), which we have never made any call on mentioned number which is claimed by vodafone side.
I requested the customer care to revoke the same. But they are not helping me any way out and forcing me to pay the bill.
as they are mentally harasmen to me by making the false call statements and raise the bill against the false call this complain should be treate as a agains vodafone company for this type of false billing activities.
hope you take the necessary agains this type of false billing practisis by this company.
