I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an unauthorized loan and subsequent harassment by Dhani. On reviewing my CIBIL report, I discovered a loan from Dhani, despite never engaging in any financial transaction with them.
Additionally, on [Date of Incident], individuals claiming to be Dhani agents visited me, demanding repayment for this loan. They presented documents with my Aadhar and PAN card details, though the associated phone number did not match mine.
This fraudulent activity has caused significant distress. I request a thorough investigation into how my personal details were misused, removal of the loan entry from my CIBIL report, and action against Dhani. Furthermore, I am deeply concerned about the adverse impact this fake loan has on my CIBIL score.
