Dear Customer Service,
I am writing to seek your assistance in resolving a delivery issue I encountered with my recent order from Jiomart. On 18th May, I placed an order with Jiomart, and the expected delivery date was 25th May. Surprisingly, the parcel reached the destination three days ahead of schedule. However, I received a call from a delivery executive representing Xpressbees, who informed me that home delivery was not possible and insisted that I collect the parcel from their location.
I would like to highlight that when I order from other websites like Amazon, Flipkart, Lenskart, and 1mg, I always receive home delivery without any issues. Consequently, I expressed my inability to collect the parcel from the delivery executive’s location. Unfortunately, the executive responded rudely and threatened to cancel my order and disconnected the call.
Immediately after this incident, I reported the matter to both Jiomart and Xpressbees customer service. Regrettably, despite my efforts, the issue remains unresolved. Each time I contact customer service, they assure me that action will be taken against the delivery executive and promise that my product will be delivered the next day. However, for the past three days, they have repeatedly failed to fulfill their promises. Today, which was the final day for delivery, the product was still not delivered.
I kindly request your intervention in this matter to ensure a swift resolution. I believe that your assistance will help rectify the situation and uphold customer satisfaction. I eagerly await a prompt response and resolution to this issue.
