I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a significant delay in the delivery of my order from flipkart, which I believe falls under consumer protection laws.
I placed the order on 30th Sep 2024 from flipkart with an expected delivery date of 9th Oct 2024. As of today, the product has not been delivered, And I have not received any satisfactory updates from the seller despite my repeated inquiries on 17th oct 2024.
They wasted my time at least 10 days. Now Flipkart support team called me and they forced me for cancel my order from myself.
