I placed an order on the Meesho platform with Order ID 256120317880509440. The promised delivery date was 25th [Month]. However, the product has not been delivered even after the committed date.
I contacted customer support multiple times, but they failed to provide proper tracking details or a clear delivery timeline. The representatives stated that they do not have proper information regarding the shipment status.
Due to this delay, I have suffered:
Mental stress and harassment
Financial inconvenience
Loss of trust and credibility due to unfulfilled commitments
