My name is Parveen Kumar. I applied for a new Jio Fiber connection in December 2025. However, my connection has still not been installed, and no representative has visited my premises so far. Additionally, I have not received any refund of the amount I paid at the time of application.

I have visited the Jio center near Meerut Chowk, Karnal, multiple times. Each time, I was assured that the connection would be installed soon. A few days ago, I received a call from the Jio center confirming that the connection would be done the next day. An engineer was also supposed to visit. However, yesterday I was informed that the connection cannot be provided and was instead advised to take a refund.

This entire experience has been very disappointing and stressful. Despite repeated follow-ups, no one at the Jio center in Karnal has been able to resolve my issue or provide proper assistance.

I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and either arrange for the connection at the earliest or process my refund without any further delay.
