I purchased Vaku Luxos earbuds using a Google Pay coupon. Unfortunately, the product was defective from the very first day of use. The earbuds stopped working after one day, and it was evident that the product was already used before being delivered to me.
I attempted to contact the Vaku Luxos team through the email ID provided, but the email address is invalid. There is no other reliable way to reach their customer support.
I request a **refund or replacement** for this defective product at the earliest. Kindly take immediate action to resolve this issue, as I have been left without any support from the seller.
