Issue:
Regrettably, the product I received is defective. Upon opening the package, it was evident that the item did not meet the expected standards of quality. I have attached images that depict the defects for your reference.

Attempts to Contact Customer Service:
Since discovering the issue, I have made several attempts to contact your customer service department via [email/phone/live chat]. Despite your customer service centre claiming to have tried reaching me through email, I have not received any calls. To eliminate any possibility of an incorrect number, please call me at [9408291218]. Additionally, I have responded to the emails, requesting a call-back, but unfortunately, I have not received the necessary support.

This lack of communication is extremely disheartening, and it leaves me with no choice but to escalate the matter.

Requested Action:
I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. I expect a prompt and comprehensive response outlining the steps your company will take to rectify this situation. This may include a replacement of the defective product, a refund, or any other appropriate resolution.

I understand that the date of return may have elapsed. However, it’s important to note that I initiated the return process within the stipulated return window. I seek your understanding and support in resolving this issue even though the timeline may have expired.

I value your company and have been a loyal customer for quite some time. However, this experience has left me questioning the level of customer service and the quality control processes in place.

Please consider this email as my formal complaint, and I anticipate a timely and satisfactory resolution to avoid further escalation.
