I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred during my recent purchased from Shoppers Stop. I purchased Solid PU Regular Fit Men’s Casual Jacket from officials of Shoppers Stop at online but it was damaged when i opened. Therefore, I was deeply disappointed by this experience. I would like to request a refund for the damaged product at the earliest convenience.
