Sir/Madam,
I Pawan Mendiratta, resident of 4/184, Malviya nagar, Jaipur-17 contacted at your Airtel store sector 2, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur for the Xstream fiber internet connection. Your representative Sh. Inderjeet Singh has done all formalities regarding the connection. He told me that a man will come for fixing the antenna and setup box and give him Rs. 500/- in cash for this job.
Next day a lineman approach me for the fixing the dish antenna & setup box. He fixed the antenna, set box and I gave him Rs. 500/- for the installation.
After that I came to know that there is no fiber cable network available in my street/area. Immediately I told him the non availability of network in my area an remove the antenna & setup box. Still no action has been taken by him regarding the removal of antenna and return my Rs. 500/-
Your Airtel store representative Sh. Inderjeet Singh has done the false commitment to me regarding the broadband connection and wasted my time & money.
So, its my request to take the suitable action on this matter immediately.
