To whomsoever it may concern,
I’m writing with immense displeasure. I recently put in a request to port my mobile number from Bangalore circle to the Delhi circle at Vodafone. The process was completed and I received a message saying my SIM is active and to contact 59089 for tele verfication.
However, in order to do so I’m unable to make any calls and I have spoken to customer service on multiple occasions but they haven’t been able to help me. I have even tried doing the same with the alternate contact number that they have registered but to no avail. I am travelling and I’m unable to do anything without my phone and my previous circle connection is no longer function. It is also appalling how it took me almost 20mins to find the correct contact details Vodafone office and how incorrect email addresses are still available online. This is beyond unprofessional. I have been a loyal customer since 2011 or even before that. Their respective Nodal and Appellate authorities have also not replied.
Kindly take this up as soon as possible as clearly, Vodafone has been unable and might I say seems unbothered to help me.
