I am writing to formally escalate a complaint regarding a fraudulent Cash on Delivery (COD) shipment delivered to my address and the complete lack of response from the involved parties.
Shipment Details:
• Tracking ID: 367149469335
• Seller Name: FAZE DEALS
• Delivery Date: 13 February
• Delivery Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
• COD Amount Paid: ₹899
Product agreed at the time of order:
MEN TRENDY SUMMER CARGO PANTS (BUY 1 GET 1 OFFER) × 1
Size: 34
However, instead of the above product, I received a low-value ladies’ jeans pant (Size 40), which is entirely unrelated to the agreed item. Despite this mismatch, ₹899 was collected from me under COD, resulting in financial loss.
I wish to place on record that I have already sent complaint emails to both:

Despite multiple attempts, no response, resolution, or acknowledgment has been received from either party. This non-responsiveness further strengthens the concern of organized fraudulent activity.
I hereby demand the following actions on an urgent basis:
1. Immediate investigation into the seller “FAZE DEALS”, including the role of ShoppingPlanet and FABFASHION4U.
2. Full refund of ₹899 collected via COD without further delay.
3. Disclosure of seller registration and KYC details associated with this shipment.
4. Written confirmation of corrective and preventive measures taken to avoid recurrence of such fraud.
I have retained parcel packaging, shipping label, and COD payment proof. I have also reported this issue to Amazon Support and uploaded all shipment evidence through their official portal.
This email should be treated as a formal escalation and legal record. If the matter is not resolved promptly, I will be constrained to escalate the issue further to consumer protection authorities and cybercrime channels.
I expect a written response and refund confirmation at the earliest.
