Sim no 8991840042455754646 was purchased from Stall of SRM Campus Potheri, Chennai on 29.06.2018. This sim has not been activated till date.
I have approached Vodafone mini store at Guduvancheri and Chrompet with Adhar card, but they denied to get it activated. The persons at both centre were telling that the sim has been de activated and the same cannot be activated.
I have taken a plan (net pack)of Rs. 500 alongwith the sim also. Now either activate the same or refund me Rs 500.
For last ten days I have been suffering this harassment from vodafone executives, I need the solution immediately otherwise I will file case with consumer court and claim compensation for this harassment and wasting my valuable time.
Earlier also email was sent through resolver but response was given.
