The vodafone company provided me the no. By coming to my office took my id xerox and all signs and formalities, delivered the sim to me at my office.
I was not satisfied with the network service of the vodafone so i messaged the customer care that i no longer want the vodafone services and asked to disconnect my connection.
To which they didntd pay any heed and kept on adding bill to my account inspite of me repeating the same whenever their customer care executive called me.. i denied paying the unreasonable bill since i didn’t use any of the service during the billing period.
Now they have sent me legal notice, to which I’m asked to pay the billed amount or they will go for legal action which is totally unreasonable and not valid.
