I am Shahzaib Khan worked at Horizon group (now Purple group noida). I left this company after talking with Ashish Ranjan Associate Vice President of the company as company was not paying the salary on time. They always pay salary after 15th of every month.
There is no provident fund deduction. Working conditions were bad. My shift starts from 8 p.m to 5 a.m and sometime they force us to stay back till 12 p.m of the next day without paying any overtime.
I discussed my issue with Ashish Ranjan and told him that I want to leave the company right now and want to join some other company where I can work with satisfaction. I mailed my resignation letter on 02/02/2018 to him and the HR manager Parul Sharma.
I stopped going office from the next day as I was assure that I’ll get my salary for the last month of January. I didn’t not any response so I asked them why they are responding to my resignation.
They told me after around 10 days that you are absconded because you didn’t serve your notice period of 30 days. I told them I informed Ashish Ranjan and he was ready to relieve me immediately and I didn’t get any information for being absconded.
They tricked me so they don’t have to pay for the work I have done. I have been requesting them to pay me but they always deny my request.
They know I joined another company so I cannot serve the notice period now. They are forcing me to serve the notice period or I’ll not get my salary. Kindly help me out here.
