We get unnecessary frequent calls from HDFC bank asking if we need loan or credit card which is very frustrating. We do not know from where they get our number . They call from different number so blocking them once will not help . We cannot opt for DND as the messages / calls from schools also will be blocked & it is very important to us to get sms / calls from schools .
I have asked the customer care to provide their manager number or some senior number for which they answer they cannot share their private number . How do they think only they can have privilege of privacy ?
We want HDFC to take this issue seriously & come up with some action immediately.
