I have recently launched a complaint for a billing issue as per the request — 3-102689822378. The issue is with an extra amount charged (around Rs. 822.75) to a number which has never been dialed. Also, i have specially told that the request must not be closed before contacting me. Today i saw that it is closed but the bill is the same to be deposited!! Kindly look asap and send me the corrected bill.
