Text of Complaint by C V RAMANA MURTY:

Sir,I purchased four railway tickets vide no PNR 4850385935 2 PNR 6302599602 on08/05/22 and 3. PNR 4130890195 4.PNR 6403158199 on 17/05/22 through my paytm id. Later those tickets were canceled on18/19-05-22.The refund amounts total rs2525 not being credited in my bank account. When I contacted railyatri they informed me that they credited the refund amounts on the same day to my paytm id vide order no 23123493 RRN 213838692326 an amount of rs1680 2. order id 23123736 RRN 213838675355 an amount of rs310. 3 order id 23506454 RRN 213838678866amount of rs380 4.order id 23506757 RRN 213838669552 an amount of rs155. But the paytm bank failed to credit the above amounts in my account. I have given complaint to the customer care service paytm but they have not responded yet. SO I request the authorities to take necessary action and get credit the amount of rs2525 in my account Thank you C V RAMANA MURTY phone 9985394784
