Text of Complaint by Bhavik Vasantlal Barot:

I had placed order for the grocery items dated 28aug and 31aug 2022. The estimated date of delivery was 31aug and 4sept 2022. flipkart shows the products received nearest hub from you. After estimated date gone I called flipkart customer care service centre for my both order but they said “due to technical issue your order not reached you from seller, pls wait for 48 hrs. After two days same procedure to they followed…but both the order products not available to me.
Surprise to me that on dated 7th sept and 12th sept 2022 morning they cancelled my both orders and refund initiated without my consent or provide any reason ”
“”I continuously seen all order products price on Flipkart and see product prices significant higher side from my purchase””
From it i cleared understand what flipkart and it’s sellers do with customer “online loot”.
I m totally disappointed from said approach of it and file complaint.
So request you to send my products which I ordered with same rate and compensate 10 days Amt. Also fine to both flipkart and seller.
