I am writing this mail to highlight a complaint of an instance for order ID: OD328776646758735100. I ordered a product Named Oceco Fansio Matt Black 56″ on 1st August 2023. The consignment containing ceiling fan was delivered on 10th August 2023 at desired address. After fan was installed, it was found that the fan was not working properly (the fan was getting off and on automatically). At the time I requested for return option which available at the portel on date 19th August 2023. At the time of applying return request the portel showed me that the fan will be picked up by wishmaster by 24th August 2023 & refund will be done by next 2-3 days after pickup, return ID is 12102892381710333746. I am attaching copy of confirmation mail for your reference. After that confirmation I ordered another fan of another company ‘Atomberg’ with order ID: OD328979273962751100 from flipkart at same address on 25th August 2023 so that my requirement gets fulfilled.
On 26th August I got update on flipkart portel that my return request has been cancelled by flipkart as return period has been ended. Then I called flipkart customer case there I explained the executive that as per order id return was applicable till 20th August 2023 & return requested was initiated on 19th August, the executive logged my complaint & assured me that my issue will be resolved. After 3-4 days again my issue was closed by flipkart without providing any resolution. Again I called customer case for same & explained all the instance again then my complained was logged again & on 30 August 2023 I received a call from executive that m return request was again cancelled with reason that my order was non-returnable & they can provide me exchange for the product from same company, then I questioned that what will I do with exchanged product when I have already ordered another product from you which will be delivered in next 3-4 days, the executive told me that we can not do anything on this as this is seller policy.

After all these instances I found that the product has been discontinued by flipkart at their portal.

Request you to please investigate the case again & pickup the consignment back & provide me refund as why all these policies got birth after confirmation done by flipkart as per attached mail response. I have purchased the product from flipkart not from the seller of that product.

I will be waiting for prompt response from your side as I need this to be resolved ASAP else I have to go for complaint to consumer forum as well as consumer authorities.
