Text of Complaint by Ravikanth:

On Sunday I had given an order for chicken biryani cost of rs.130. Money deducted from my account nd order accepted. Still 1 hr, I had waited for but, order not received. Finally after that received msg order cancelled due to customer unresponsive. But money not refunded.
