Text of Complaint by Dr. David Clinton:

Hi Team,

I have ordered Behringer ECM8000 Condenser Ultra-Linear Measurement Microphone, (Order #406-2251007-0867532) on May 18th 2020.
It showed that the estimated delivery will be 21st May 2020. Since it was very urgent, checked for the delivery option then paid to get
as per the norms. Least if it was mentioned that it is undeliverable would have not ordered.
On 22nd May 2020, I have received an Email stating that it cannot be delivered due to COVID 19.
I haven’t got any other options instead I was thrown to a situation to cancel My Recording.
I faced financial loss just because i didn’t get the product on promised time.
Am in a depressive state as i was unable to conclude my recording without the Microphone i have ordered through you people.
This made me to lose the trust i had in Amazon. I Waited for a month to make sure least the Customer care team would get back to me on the same.
Unfortunately after 40 days plus, with Huge disappointment am writing this to you. Kindly check for the Screenshots attached.
Do not do this again to any other Customers who trust to get the product delivered on given date.
