Dear Sir/ Madam,

Packers and Movers with the company name Woodland Packers and Movers having GST number 27FSYPS4686B2ZS having office address Sangharsh Nagar, Chandivali  Farm Road,Near Rajiv High school, Andheri East. Email ID :[email protected] was agreed to move our complete household material on 1st Jan 2021 from Nerul Navi mumbai to Udupi, Karnataka.

Before sending the material we checked with 3 transporter . Other two transporter visited the site and sent us the quotation with 27,000 and 28,000/-resp.( charges are including loading, unloading and transportation exp)  whereas Wood Land Logistics has not visited the site even after we insisted them to visit the site before finalizing the quotation. He quoted saying that there is no need to visit only by listing out the items he will get the idea and quoted us Rs. 17,500.00 with the payment term of 80% in advance and 20% after delivery ( the above charges are including the packing, loading, unloading and fixing of material in site)

Now after loading the material on 1st Jan 2021,  first he  sent us the invoice with Rs. 17,500/- without GST and asked us to pay Rs.14,000/-immediately otherwise we will not move the truck  . However we paid it immediately as it was already agreed at the time of finalization of the quote. (here only variation in the loading was instead of two sofa chair and empty cylinder  we included one shoe rack and same size other table. We left sofa chairs and empty cylinder here.)

After receiving Rs.14,000/- , he again sent us the invoice with Rs. 30,090.00 with 18% GST  and started telling us that you need to pay as per the revised invoice as your material was too much otherwise will not move the truck.  We informed him we will pay Rs. 24,250/- as we knew the least negotiated price with other transporter who visited the site was 24,250/- We are ready to pay that but we will pay only after delivery of the material in site because by the time we lost all the trust with him. Moreover as a tips we paid Rs. 600/- to his labour.

Now he is harassing us by saying that  will hold your material till the time you pay the full amount in advance otherwise  will not delivery the material come whatever may be and with valgur language and bad words.

We informed 100% we will make the payment but only after delivery. The way we trusted you for 80% of the amount and the entire house hold material , you should also trust us  for the remaining  amount of another 11,000/-( From 17,500 to 25,000/_Finally we agreed for 25k instead of 24 ,250)

Please help us to sort this out as he is holding complete house hold material + Rs.14,000/- of us and blackmailing us with the bad words  and saying that he will dump the material or give it for charity but will not delivery without advance payment.
