Hi,

I am venkatesh from India (Hyderabad).

1) order # 404-4925584-0965967 on May 11 it suppose to get in a day I had been waiting from 4days I had escalated and followup daily at final it got cancelled from amazon itself without intimation.

2) Order # 404-0855761-4162761this is also the same thing it should be delivery in 24hrs. But got cancelled without intimation after waiting for 4 days.

Sir because of this I had wasted my time and energy and also I loss the offers so may followups are taken no one are not responding or solving, because of this I loss hopes on Amazon service.

Pl take necessary action on this. And kindly help me
