I had ordered a boat earpods from the site and the order number is Order #1015. There was no update about the delibery details hence I clicked on the contact us section and mailed the shop. There was no response and now the site shows the store is unavailable.

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
