Complaint on DTDC courier they damaged my TV and not providing refund. The TV (50 inches LEF smart TV worth 50k) was couriered from Bangalore to Yadgir and when it’s reached destination the TV was totally damaged and screen was completely broken. When raised complaint in DTDC they said box was was not hampered and not opened and closed the case.
